Why do you love working at Columbia? The first word I heard when I walked through the doors at Columbia was “Welcome!”  It is a wonderful working environment and I try to pay that forward every day.  It’s a place where everybody’s name is important.  Oh!  And did I mention the positive energy?

What is your favorite thing about teaching? I love watching the moments of growth and connections in the students, you can actually see them every day. How lucky are we!

Favorite place to visit: It very simple, give me an east coast beach any day, but my heart is in Bethany Beach.  However, a plane trip would take me straight to Anna Maria Island.

Hobbies/Interests: I love yoga, I read every day and I try to fill my house with art. 

Fun fact! I am certified in BrainGym and calligraphy!
