Why you love working at Columbia: I love working at Columbia Elementary because there is a sense of community and comradery.  From staff, to parents, to students, everyone does a great job of collaborating and supporting each other so that everyone feels uplifted and able to succeed.  It’s a great feeling to be around so much positivity!

What's your favorite thing about teaching? I love seeing minds shift and grow.  I love that even as a teacher, I can still be a lifelong learner, too!

Favorite vacation spot or place to travel: I am a homebody, but I have to say my favorite travel spot was Jamaica.

Hobbies/Interests: I love drawing, reading, and hanging with my family and friends.

Fun fact: I have two pet tortoises – a Redfoot and a Hermann.
