Ms. Tchinski (Ms. T) joined Columbia in October 2021. Before moving to Virginia, Ms. T taught both middle school and elementary school in Yuma, AZ. She grew up in Asheville, NC, and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She received her Masters of Education from Northern Arizona University. Ms. Tchinski has two sons who are proud Columbia Cougars. When she's not at school, she enjoys road trips, hiking, kayaking with her sons, snuggling her two dogs, and relaxing with a good book.
