Why you love working at Columbia: I love the community at Columbia—being a small school I get to teach every student and create meaningful relationships with them and their families over multiple years!

What's your favorite thing about teaching? I love watching students learn to express themselves visually and make connections between themselves, other artists, and our world. That look of pride on a student’s face when they create something they are proud of is THE BEST!  

Favorite vacation spot or place to travel:  Any new city that I get to explore!

Hobbies/Interests: Aside from creating my own art, I enjoy reading, baking, and watching my kids’ sports activities.

Fun fact: I played rugby, both in college and on a club team.
